OFFICE has two independent laboratories in China, and has established a skincare laboratory with France’s I&D Cosmetic, a makeup laboratory with France’s YOURGNEWS, and shares a makeup laboratory with Italy’s GIPICCO’S. The company has over 80 researchers worldwide, originating from more than 10 disciplines (such as biology, dermatology, aesthetic medicine, etc.). Its founder RICHARD has more than 25 years of experience in developing iconic makeup brand products, with forward-looking development concepts and international brand research and development ideas. He is good at creating and applying makeup concepts, developing makeup textures, researching skin quality and color relationships, and multiple dimensional cosmetic formula experiment tests (stability, tolerance, performance testing, etc.). After jointly establishing the joint makeup laboratory, OFFICE and RICHARD gradually carried out in-depth cooperation. 【French Skincare Joint Laboratory】

I&D Cosmetics, located in Paris, France, was founded by renowned cosmetic formulation master MR.BRIN in 1997. He used to be the formulation R&D manager for LVMH Group, and the R&D & technical director for the French High-level Beauty Salon Center and skincare brand PAYOT. He has held positions as a member of the French Drug Regulatory Authority (ANSM), a chairman of the French Cosmetic Association (SFC), and COSMED Association.

By sharing the same concepts and pursuits, OFFICE and MR. BRIN established a joint skincare laboratory in Paris, focusing on the research of cutting-edge technology skincare and skin anti-aging field, condensing the powerful skincare energy contained in rare ingredients with the spirit of heaven and earth, continuously refining with the forefront technology, dedicating skincare products to women, helping them gain the beauty that can truly resist the time, and creating the legend of deluxe skincare.
